Who We Are:
I'm Nicola Bellerby Dickson, a Spinal Injury Nurse plus Yoga
Siromani or Instructor. We work globally, so can offer you 1:1 classes either online or in person at your home.
Our family business stems from my mother who is 92 years, still practicing Yoga in her chair. I'm in my mid-60's so despite my aches from arthritis, yoga has definitely helped me. I thought it was a weird way of exercising. when I was younger. Now, it is normal and the best way to keep fit, both mentally and physically. You do not need to be fit or bendy to do yoga. It will restore your ability to be flexible with science providing concrete evidence that Yoga helps aches and pains, reduces stress and keeps you calmer and more relaxed in everyday life. It can lower your blood pressure, help you tone up your muscles, regain strength in your whole body and lungs, with regular practice, plus all your organs will benefit.
